GB Learning Consultancy is a solutions-based consultancy offering a distinctive range of services across three complementary business streams: management consultancy, leadership and management development, and development of bespoke training materials, including e-learning. We have established a particularly strong reputation for leadership development in the public sector and provide a wide range of learning solutions for managers and leaders at all organisational levels.

Although a small consultancy, we are well used to working with large public sector bodies and have worked with both central government departments and local authorities. Our expertise spans both design and delivery of training courses and workshops, but also extends to 360-degree feedback using our own bespoke leadership diagnostic tool, the Delta Leadership Profile. We are specialists in the design of open learning materials to support leadership development and provide a “one stop shop” which includes desktop publishing and design of e-learning materials.
