We believe strongly that learning events should balance the needs of the different learning styles of all participants. Consequently, our approach to learning and development takes account of different learning styles by combining theoretical input with small group activities, role play, plenary discussion, practical exercises, and diagnostic tools. To consolidate learning and to ensure transfer back to the workplace, we use a range of case studies to enable participants to practise the skills and utilise the knowledge they have acquired in a realistic but safe setting.
